Applications will be accepted on
SATURDAY, OCT 16th from 10 am to 2 pm.
Location: 9501 Lucy Corr Circle, Chesterfield, 23832 at the Chesterfield office of Dept. of Social Services
PLEASE NOTE: This is a CHANGE from our usual site!
Due to COVID the guidelines below will need to be followed:
• MASKS must be worn
• NO children will be allowed
There may be a short wait outside due to numbers we can allow in the building! Please dress for the weather!

PLEASE BRING THEM ALL!!
Forms can be filled out in advance (download from the website) and brought to the Application Review Session or filled out when you arrive.
Documentation required for applications:
• Picture ID
• Social security cards/tax id for everyone living in the household
• Proof of current address
• SNAP Letter (if applicable)
• Proof of income
Spanish applications are available. (Las aplicaciones en español están disponibles.)
