Get ready for an elevated foodie experience as four of Richmond’s finest chefs go head-to-head in an epic Cook-Off Competition. Each chef will bring their unique flair to globally inspired dishes, vying for the ultimate title.
Austin McCormick – Sous Chef at Lemaire, the renowned, seasonally inspired restaurant inside the iconic Jefferson Hotel.
Shad (Rashad) Thompson – The creative force behind Apt 310, a private chef experience that blends bold fusion flavors with innovative technique. And the owner and executive chef of the newly opening The Black Olive Pizzaria.
Matthew Brusca – The culinary mastermind and Chef De Cuisine at Alewife, a Virginia-inspired seafood institution making waves in Richmond’s dining scene.
Christine Wansleben – owner and culinary director of Mise En Place cooking school. For over 20 years she has been sharpening the skills of home cooks, offering a safe space for learning one of life’s greatest joys.
