Welcome back to our signature spring event in support of Commonwealth Autism Programs—and this year, we’re turning up the heat!

Get ready for an elevated foodie experience as four of Richmond’s finest chefs go head-to-head in an epic Cook-Off Competition. Each chef will bring their unique flair to globally inspired dishes, vying for the ultimate title.

Meet the Competing Chefs:

Austin McCormick – Sous Chef at Lemaire, the renowned, seasonally inspired restaurant inside the iconic Jefferson Hotel. 

Shad (Rashad) Thompson – The creative force behind Apt 310, a private chef experience that blends bold fusion flavors with innovative technique. And the owner and executive chef of the newly opening The Black Olive Pizzaria.  

Matthew Brusca – The culinary mastermind and Chef De Cuisine at Alewife, a Virginia-inspired seafood institution making waves in Richmond’s dining scene. 

Christine Wansleben – owner and culinary director of The Shockoe Slip cooking school. For over 20 years she has been sharpening the skills of home cooks, offering a safe space for learning one of life’s greatest joys.
