There is a shortage of ABA therapeutic staff across the country. Our model allows for parents and caregivers to receive real-time support accessible from any mobile device. Families may access telehealth support from Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC while waiting for in-person services elsewhere, or choose to select our model for longer-term support.
At Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC, our focus is to empower caregivers to implement ABA principles in the home and community settings under the guidance of a BCBA. Families are expected to meet with their clinician one time per week at a minimum, however clinical recommendations may vary depending on family needs. All services are provided by the owner & BCBA, Kelli Smith.
There is no wait to get started with Thrive Behavior Consulting LLC. No minimum hours, however, services are parent consult mostly with some direct sessions (all via telehealth), so hours will be limited per week (around 1-3 per week).
Caregiver Consultation | (with limited direct sessions)

Caregiver training sessions 2-4 times per month with additional direct therapy sessions taking place typically on a monthly schedule.

The primary focus of this model is caregiver support rather than BCBA led direct sessions.
