A: Collaborative Problem Solving
Q: What brings you joy during the work day? When you’re not working?
A: Spending time with loved ones.
Q: Why do you enjoy working at CA?
A: I enjoy helping clients gain the skills towards becoming independent.
Q: What do adults in the Community Support Services experience each day?
A: Adults in the CSS program continue to work towards learning new independent life skills
Q: What do the adults in the Residential Program experience each day?
A: Adults in the residential program experience the goal of working towards living on their own.
Q: How are these services different from others for adults with autism?
A: This program helps adults with autism gain independent living skills so that one day each adult can be as independent as possible.
Q: What is your hope for the adults in the program? What excites you about their future?
A: My hope is that one day the adult program grows so that we can continue to help adults with autism gain independent living skills.
Q: What do you want prospective families to know?
A: I would like for prospective clients and families to know that each employee at CA strives to help their loved one gain their independence.
